USEFUL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Many management and HR graduates are expected to have qualifications similar to:

  • Bachelor of Commerce (Management)

  • Bachelor of HR Management

  • Any formal qualification in a specialised field (for example, Science to work as a manager in the Biotech industry).

In addition to this, skills in the following areas can help make you more employable:

  • Management experience (think about part-time work, your side-hustles etc)

  • Entrepreneurial skills

  • Good networking and people skills

    Important Note: Candidates must be legally entitled to work full time in Australia. Proof of work eligibility and local references will be required and appointments is conditional on the selected candidate passing a successful police background check.
