Getting Started
Step 1: Create your cazoot Profile
Be as honest and accurate as you can as you complete the questionnaire, as that’s part of what we use to help find the right roles for you. It’s free and only takes about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Apply for the roles that interest you
Check out our current available graduate positions and apply. We’ll also contact you about future roles that come up that we think would be perfect for you.
Step 3: Refer your friends for other roles
Got a friend looking for a grad position too? You can also recommend them to us via the jobs page. They’ll hopefully repay the favour for you in the future - referrals weigh heavily on our matching algorithms!
Step 4: The (worthwhile) waiting game
It typically takes us a few weeks to find the right graduate for the right role, but once that happens, we’ll organise a chance for you to meet your potential future employer - skipping you ahead of the regular recruitment queue.
FAQ
What’s the cost?
For graduates, job-seekers and referees, it’s all free. Employers usually pay us a small fee to list their position on Cazoot and when we successfully place a graduate.
What sort of experience do I need?
It really depends on the role, but if you’re unsure, just create your profile, apply and we’ll work out if it’s a match or not. Sometimes, the employer might decide that you sound so good despite your experience that they’re willing to make an exception, whilst other times it may lead to an internship, a referral for another job - if in doubt, apply!
Why should I refer other people for jobs?
Firstly, because if you refer someone and they land their dream job, you’ve done something awesome for everyone involved! Secondly, that person is going to be extremely appreciative, and will probably return the favour in the future. Finally, if you refer someone and they are successfully placed in a job, you’ll receive between $500-$1000 from us. It pays to be nice.
