Our client is a boutique strategic consultancy and creative agency with a big passion for building smart brands and solutions for businesses.
Right now they’re looking for a full time Account Manager, who has 4+ years of experience in a studio or agency environment. If you are (or know of someone who is) passionate about design and a clear communicator with the ability to anticipate problems or solutions before they arise, then read on!

$70k - $85k

The successful candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as take direction. They must be incredibly well-organised with a keen eye for detail. They should be well presented, an excellent communicator (both written and oral) and enjoy sharing and learning with a small team. The role will include converting client briefs to our internal briefs, trafficking jobs through the studio from concept to finished product, whilst balancing daily client demands.
Our client’s ideal candidate is familiar with the digital landscape and social media practices, with experience in Facebook Business Suite being advantageous. If they’re passionate about great work, with a positive can-do attitude, and have strong account service skills, this may be the role for them.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Client Services Director, the key responsibilities of the Account manager role include:
Manage client account portfolio and build client relationships and brands
Write accurate and detailed creative and production briefs
Work closely with clients and creative production team to ensure job are delivered to an impeccable standard in a timely manner and on budget
Work with and provide general support to other Senior Account Managers and Accounts Director to support delivery of projects and relevant administrative work (e.g. research / competitor analysis / creating project timelines etc.)
Manage relevant social media channels for the agency and clients
Build strong relationships with team members to establish sound working relationships.
Develop cost estimates and invoicing schedules for client approval prior to implementation
Manage client work financial forecast and assigned budget
Skills you’ll need
Proven 4+ years’ experience as an Account Manager in a studio or agency environment
University Degree - preference for business, marketing or communications
Experience managing creative campaigns, brand refreshes, print campaigns, new website builds, digital marketing campaigns and be able to juggle all these projects with ease.
A strategic outlook to creative solutions
A sound knowledge base on research practices and research methodology
Experience and implementation with digital marketing and knowledge of Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram a definite advantage.
A strong passion for working as a team and with other team members to deliver the best client outcome possible.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to client needs
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
