Our clients are on the lookout for Entrepreneurial graduates (or occasionally, dropouts) for roles as:
Startups and Incubators employees
Sales Executives
Management Executives
Consultants
The startup space is extremely varied, so you can expect to find plenty of industries, products and services to work with.
Its generally very fast-paced working at a startup, so you’ll often find yourself moving between roles and working to constantly moving goalposts, which makes it an exciting type of business to work within.

Working with a small team
Having lots of autonomy, and lots of responsibility
Learning a lot in a short period of time.
If you’re unsure where to start in terms of industry or type of organisation, we will try to place you in an internship program first where you can learn skills and get a feel for what accounting and finance roles can entail.
USEFUL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Many entrepreneurial & startup graduates are expected to have any sort of formal qualification, but its often a personality type that our clients are looking for. So long as you’re quick-learner and thinker, are self-disciplined and motivated, you’ll learn many of the requisite skills along the way.
In addition to this, skills in the following areas can help make you more employable:
Startup/ Small business experience (either founding, managing or working within)
Evidence of innovation in your existing employment - outside the box thinking.
Important Note: Candidates must be legally entitled to work full time in Australia. Proof of work eligibility and local references will be required and appointments is conditional on the selected candidate passing a successful police background check.
